The Premier Esports program at Coppin State University upholds a mission of providing a business-minded atmosphere that is engaging and serves the community. Our purpose is to improve the image and retention of esports especially among underrepresented groups within the sport. Through the Premier Esports program, it is our goal to further connect students with the plethora of professional opportunities that esports can provide, as well as promote an environment that encourages teamwork, competitiveness, leadership and effective communication.

Virtual Open Houses
7 PM – 7:30 PM, EST
These 30-minute online sessions provide an opportunity to learn more about Coppin Premier Esports', chat with varsity players, see the Esports Training Facility, and ask questions. Learn more about our esports program and student involvement including the varsity competition.

On-Campus Open Houses
1 PM – 2 PM, EST
The session provides an opportunity to see our space in person. Get an exclusive chance to chat with our Premier Esports varsity players. Location and Parking
Located at the Esports Training Facility, Physical Education Complex at Coppin State University. Visitors may park in the Visitors Pay Lot (Lot H). Weekend parking in Lot 4 is free.

Student-Player Requirements
- Full-time degree-seeking student
- Maintaining a minimum GPA of 2.0 or better
- In good standing according to the Coppin State University Code of Conduct and Coppin Premier Esports Student Handbook
- Freshmen are eligible if they meet the regular admissions standards.
Intercollegiate Esports
All competitive rosters will have limited spots available. All competitive teams will have dedicated practice time, supporting staff, and potential travel opportunities. Tryouts will be conducted, and teams formed.
